Another Milestone for Make in India Tugboat MOGRA STAR Enters Service!

Udupi CSL, a subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard Limited, under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (India), successfully handed over the 70T Bollard Pull Tug UY 164, MOGRA STAR, to Polestar Maritime Ltd, in a grand ceremony at Udupi on September 11th, 2024. This is the fourth in a series of 8 vessels being built at Udupi CSL.

Shri @Vikas Narwal IAS, Indian Ports Association, graced the occasion as Chief Guest in the presence of the Polestar team led by Shri @Suresh Parekh.

Among the advanced equipment onboard, Polestar Maritime Ltd chose Niigata engines for their unmatched agility and operational efficiency.
