The award ceremony took place on March 15, 2023, at the French ambassador’s residence in India, in the presence of esteemed guests including H.E. Mr. Édouard Philippe, Former Prime Minister of France and Mayor of Le Havre, and H.E. Mr. Emmanuel Lenain, Ambassador of France to India.
