Our in house machine shop is equipped with a HAAS CNC turning center, lathe, milling machine, surface and cylindrical grinder and measuring instruments. We accept orders for batch quantities and our range of products includes engine components, pump shafts, wear rings, purifier parts, hydraulic equipment components and special application rollers, nuts and bolts. Components are manufactured from bars, forgings and castings. Powered with a machining accuracy of 5 micron, we guarantee quality and on time delivery. For obsolete models of engines, components can be manufactured to original standards.
Our machine shop supports our service department. Critical components such as cylinder head valve spindles and seats, liners, pistons, rollers, valves, bushes, shafts and mechanical seals are reconditioned to prolong their utility. |
